Berry took care of us had us in and out. He even gave us the courtesy of giving me recommendations on maintenance that is needed to be done on my car. I would recommend this Tires Plus location to anyone! They have a great team and I have been coming for years

The staff in this shop are TOP-TIER professionals. My issue was meticulously diagnosed, and the quality of customer service I received here exceeded my general expectations of being a patron. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your relatable vehicle needs!

I came in due to an indescribable noise my car was making. Josh was kind enough to take a look at it and give me honest feedback about my options to fix the issue. He didn’t try to make money off or me but provided great guidance! I always come for routine maintenance and everyone is professional and efficient. I highly recommend this location!

JEANETTE made my experience 5 stars. The moment I parked my car with a flat tire, I thought it would be a nightmare, but it was the opposite: the customer service was fantastic, quick, professional, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Today we had a very disappointing experience at this location. We went in to replace the two front tires on our cargo van, and the employee assisting us told us the van “does not fit” and that they could not perform the service. What makes this frustrating is that we previously replaced tires for the same cargo van (just a different color) at this exact location without any issues, when we were assisted by another employee. The lack of consistency and the refusal without a clear technical explanation caused us to waste time and disrupted our work schedule. If there are specific size or equipment limitations, those policies should be clear and consistently applied — not dependent on who is working that day. We expected better professionalism and customer service.
